日本人のご馳走（カツ丼） Japanese feast (Katsudon)

庶民のご馳走「カツ丼」。豚のロース肉をころもをつけて油で揚げ、タマネギを醤油味の割下で煮込み、卵とじにして、米飯にのせた料理です。単品で500円から900円です。

うどんやそばとセットになった定食も定番です。いわゆるトンカツは、カレーにも使われ、カツカレーとして、これも庶民のご馳走です。

"Katsudon" is a feast for the common people. It is a dish made by dipping pork loin in oil and deep-frying it, then simmering the onion in soy sauce-flavored warishita, binding it with an egg, and putting it on top of rice. It is 500 yen to 900 yen for a single item.

Set meals that come with udon or soba are also standard. The so-called pork cutlet is also used in curry, and is also a feast for the common people as cutlet curry.
